Flynn is a highly skilled Musician, Events Promoter, Photographer and Live Sound Engineer based in Leeds & Liverpool, UK. From being in a variety of bands to taking photos of other performers, Flynn is heavily involved within the local Leeds scene.

Whilst studying Music Performance at Leeds City College, Flynn was heavily involved with the course and brought his skills from other areas to help his peers. Last Christmas, Flynn created monitor mixes on an Allen&Heath SQ5 for 3 nights, only one of which went towards his coursework. He gave his time to make sure every performer got the mix they wanted on stage.

During his time in high school, Flynn played a variety of music. He was part of the funk band and also an honorary member of the wind band where he played more classical pieces. He was then accepted into the pit band by the funk band leader for musicals ‘High School Musical’ and ‘School Of Rock’. During this time he developed his sight reading skills and fell in love with playing in a show band

Flynn currently gigs around Leeds, recently playing venues such as The Lending Room and headlining at Crank Studios with bands No Redemption and The Leodensians respectively. Back in January, The Leodensians headlined a gig in Liverpool, playing to a receptive crowd which was great as it was their first gig in Liverpool.

Since moving to Liverpool for university, Flynn has become a part time sound engineer at Liverpool Arts Bars. This allows him to meet performers and work with local bands, cementing himself as a contact for promotion and live sound within Liverpool’s music scene
